President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov has sent congratulations to the King of Spain Juan Carlos I on the Spanish National Day.

The head of our state expressed confidence in his letter that the multifarious Uzbek-Spanish relations built on principles of friendship and mutual understanding will continue to advance consistently for the good of the two peoples. Islam Karimov wished the King of Spain a robust health and family happiness, along with peace and prosperity to the people of Spain.
